Life gets turned upside down for Susan Murphy (Reese Whitherspoon) when she is transformed into a giant at her wedding. As a new member of a secret government agency, Susan meets other creatures who have been drastically changed through experimentation. Wanting nothing more than to return to her old life Susan must come to terms with her new size and help her companions defeat an alien threat to the planet. Hugh Laurie, Seth Rogen, and Will Arnett also lend their voices in this animated adventure.

Samantha Darko (Daveigh Chase) leaves town to escape the tragic destruction of her family after her brother has died. Samantha and her best friend Corey (Briana Evigan) drive towards Los Angelos but after their car breaks down they become trapped in a small town. Mysterious events in the town encourage the local’s eccentricities causing Samantha to feel alienated and disturbed. She must sift through her haunting dreams and the prophetic statements of a war veteran to find out the truth of what is really happening.
