The Loop

A sassy parrot and a free-spirited librarian upend the well-ordered life of a solitary man. Lyman (Jackson Hurst) is a loner, working the graveyard shift for the Courtesy Patrol. When a green parrot flies in to his trailer and announces, 'Shut up!" and "I'm an eagle!" he becomes obsessed with finding its owner, which leads him to FIONA (Rachel Nichols). She has been eying Lyman from a distance and decides to help with his parrot search, whether he wants her to or not. Along with her basset hound, they set out on a quest to find the bird's previous owners and Fiona begins to unravel the mysteries of Lyman's past. Critically wounded and lying unconscious in a Mumbai hospital, ACP Yashvardhan of the Narcotics Control Bureau reflects on his life and his love-affair with Maya. With the assistance of the Commissioner as well as his colleagues, Atul, Kamlesh and Mahesh Pandey, and an informer, Arvind Shetty, he was able to apprehend drug-dealers in Kutch, Gujarat; Jalandhar, Punjab, as well as in Himachal Pradesh. Unknowingly, he paved the way for Vasu Anna Reddy to become the sole drug-dealer and invite his Mombasa-based brother, Vishnu, to join him. An encounter with the team kills Vasu, and some of the team gets suspended. A vengeful Vishnu decides to target the entire police unit as well as their respective families, and vows that he will not rest until he has killed them all. He starts with brutally killing Mahesh and his wife, Rachna, and then abducts Atul's wife, Swati – with a motive of forcing the former to do away with the remainder of this police team.

Heated Rivalry

This sports comedy features two brothers from Youngstown, Ohio. One is a lifelong Steelers fan, the other a lifelong Browns fan. They're lives and careers mirror the successes and failures of each team. The Steelers fan, the older brother, is a successful businessman. The Browns fan is a down on his luck, sad sack loser career wise, and in personal relationships. The movie chronicles the younger brother as he becomes so distraught when the Browns announce they are moving to Baltimore, that he orchestrates an elaborate, hysterical assassination attempt on Browns owner Art Modell. He is hospitalized, and we follow his treatment for depression from inpatient psychiatry, to more outside of the box treatments (a sex therapist). Treatment for depression is satirized, along with pharmaceutical companies, and modern psychiatry.

A few drinks bring back a few memories, and Neil and Sarah end up breaking into the apartment they used to share, squatting illegally for a few days in their twentysomething lives. After throwing a raging "housewarming" party, Neil and Sarah must rely on their grown-up resources to avoid some serious consequences.
