The Princess and the Frog

Year: 2009

Disney does it again. The soundtrack was awesome, and the animation was perfect. I admit that I am a bit biased, I have a soft spot when it comes to Disney, but this is an adorable twist on an old fairy-tale. This tale is not only about dreams coming true, but dealing with disappointment gracefully. It is rare to see a friendship strong enough that it survives one of the friends getting her heart’s desire while the other one is denied hers. This is a film for all ages.
