Kick-Ass is kick ass. I was a little leery about this film as I had seen “Stardust”, the last Vaughan/Golman collaboration and was unimpressed by it. I have to say, I was pleasantly surprised by “Kick-Ass”. The storyline was well thought out, the dialogue was hysterical, the characters were believable and down to earth, and the pace of the movie was good. Last but not least, you have t o love a girl who gets “yippy-skippy” over a birthday present in the form of matching butterfly knives. A must see film.
