Year: 2009 Andi (Emma Roberts) and her little brother Bruce (Jake T. Austin), find a stray dog that they desperately want to keep but it is forbidden by their foster parents. Andi and Bruce search for a secret location to hide the dog and find an abandoned hotel. Soon the hotel is teeming with all the town’s stray dogs.
