This is an animated film based on the Dr. Seuss book of the same name. On a hot day in May, Horton the Elephant hears a tiny noise coming from a dust speck. He discovers that the tiny speck really has a city with tiny people on it, the Whos. Despite ridicule from his friends, Horton is determined to save Whoville and the speck they live on.
