Robert leaves the city, in search of a more serene place to live. After he moves to a small town, he gets caught up in secretly watching his neighbor go about her ordinary, everyday life through her kitchen window. Eventually his neighbor, Jenny, catches Robert peeping. But Jenny doesn’t call the police, instead she begins a romance with Robert. When her ex-boyfriend, Greg, finds out about Robert, he vows to destroy the relationship. The two men end up in a big fight. Then Greg turns up missing, and Robert is the main suspect. And Robert begins to think he is being framed.
