Colegas (Buddies) is a road movie that shows the simple things in life in a poetic light through the eyes of three young people with Down syndrome, who love movies and work at the video library of the institution where they have always lived in. One day, inspired by the movie "Thelma & Louise", they decide to run away using the gardener's old car to have a freedom experience. They travel to uncommon places in search for three simple wishes: Stalone wants to see the sea, Aninha looks for a husband and Marcio needs to fly. During this search, they embark on several adventures as if life was just a children's play.

A decade and a half after their seminal indie film launched meteoric filmmaking careers, Splick and Jason find themselves staring at their own individual, pre-midlife crises. Having not spoken to one another since a late-nineties falling out, they're each grappling with the challenges of stalled careers and relationships, as the hands of time creep ominously past forty-o'clock. Splick's most recent TV show, centered around his character's perverse relationship with dessert foods, is unceremoniously cancelled by the network, forcing a return to his childhood bedroom at his mother's apartment in New York. Frustrated by a barrage of comments about the "good," "funny," movies he used to make with his old partner, Jason, Splick determines to seek him out and attempt a reunion.

When author Vinnie Judith Rosenberg loses her inspiration to write, her friend Jamie suggests going into public venues and observing random people. Vinnie takes the recommendation and, inspired by brief encounters with strangers, she creates three humorous shorts: "Delivery," which finds two couples from very different class levels sharing a maternity room; "What's Included?" spies on three older-than-they-should-be college girls debating whether or not they should room together; and "Peter Kills Himself," following a suicidal man whose attempts to end it all are thwarted by random phone calls, pesky neighbors and the new girl upstairs who was just looking to borrow some sugar.

Maria, 18 year old daughter of a single mother, decides to look for the father she has never met after her mother dies in a tragic accident. She finally finds him in a nearby town, living in what appears to be a haunted old country house in the middle of a neglected banana plantation. Amidst the peculiarities and superstitions of the Dominican country side, father and daughter will have to face the ghosts of the past that haunt them both.

When an employee of Mumbai's Chandan Nagar leaves, he is replaced by a youth, Fatka, who has a stray dog, Bhidu. There is no accommodation provided for this homeless orphan, and he and his pet decide to make an abandoned antique car their new home. There is some resentment from the children of the building, but Fatka gets accepted in the cricket team after he demonstrates his bowling capabilities. A chance visit by a politician, Shashikant Bhide, results in enforcement of new municipal legislation to capture all stray dogs, and the children decide to oppose it. Their attempt to secure 31 signatures from residents turns out to be in vain, and they decide to launch a unique protest. Shashikant puts pressure on Chandan Nagar's Secretary, Tandon, as well as launches his own campaign to enforce the legislation and ensure Bhidu's capture.

In a world where ghosts, ghouls, and goblins are a common place, the InSpectres are the only exterminators capable of eliminating these supernatural nuisances! After a run in with a zombie, Lucas joins the InSpectres as an agent in training. He, his mentor Tracey, and company embark on eerily funny adventure aimed at re-capturing entities freed from a government holding facility by a corporate saboteur. They encounter a variety of released oddities on their path to identifying the saboteur: an invisible Hollywood fan-boy, a party animal wolf-man, and a group of German gremlins who fix 8-Bit arcade machines. The motley crew tracks the culprit across the country to prevent Armageddon. In the end, the Inspectres' heart and persistence prove exactly why they are the ones who "…fight the forces of darkness so you don't have to!"
